When I first went to Keith I was suffering with arthritis in both my knees, very bad back pain and fibromyalgia (which causes a lot of muscle pain). I had difficulty walking and had to use a walking stick most of the time. The treatment I have received from Keith has really improved my life. I am able to walk quite freely without my stick and would recommend Keith to anyone. |

After some initial coaxing, by friends, I was persuaded to attend Avalon, which I did somewhat apprehensively as I wasn't too sure what to expect. Keith was able to explain my lower back pain very quickly as it resulted from pregnancies and child birth, his explanation made perfect sense and he then set out a course of treatment. It did take several weeks of attending for the pain to go and for my condition to improve but I can truly say that it was like a huge weight had been lifted. Each session left me feeling better and Keith was excellent in his handling of a somewhat nervous patient. I would thoroughly recommend Keith to anyone. |

I had a painful neck and couldn't turn my head properly, I tried a few other treatments and Keith was the only one able to fix it. Also last year I had extremely painful Sciatica and Keith sorted that out as well. I would highly recommend Avalon Chiropractic. |

Just a quick line to thank all at Avalon for the past six months. I had received other treatments for many years without any real change in my back condition which at times was very severe. After a brief discussion with a friend who had attended Avalon (he too was very impressed!) I decided to attend and made an appointment. The service was very professional and after a few sessions I noticed considerable relief in my condition, but more importantly when I left the clinic I was always in a very positive frame of mind due to Keith's very positive outlook at my condition. I still need to attend for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of my back, so if you wish to try something that worked for me, give Avalon a try! |

Keith's honesty with me meant I didn't have false hope of being 100% cured, but he continues to deliver alleviation from severe pain. I now take less pain killers. I would recommend him to anyone; he has given me back a quality of life I thought I'd lost forever. Keith please don't give up your day job! (ha ha!) |
