FIRST VISIT
On arrival at the clinic you will be greeted by the receptionist, Ann, where you will be asked to fill out a two sided form, so please, if required bring your glasses with you.
During the first visit to the Clinic a detailed history of your problem will be taken. Some questions may seem unrelated to your condition, but this information can be important in assessing your suitability for chiropractic care.
With your consent you will be given an examination relevant to your condition.
This will involve a series of simple tests to help the chiropractor work out exactly what the problem might be.
You will then be given a report of findings in which we will tell you in plain simple terms what your problem is and how we can help you. Treatments and recommendations will be tailored to each patient's individual needs.
In the vast majority of cases treatment will commence on your first visit.
If we cannot help you we will advise you on the most appropriate course of alternative action.
